Cancellation Policy
Weather & Cancellation Policy
All boat rentals are subject to weather conditions and safety determinations made by Jack’s Bait & Tackle management.
For the safety of our customers, Jack’s reserves the right to cancel rentals due to unsafe marine conditions, including but not limited to high winds, lightning, heavy storms, or the issuance of a Small Craft Advisory by the National Weather Service.
If Jack’s Cancels Due to Weather:
Customers will receive a rental credit valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
Refunds will be issued only if the customer is unable to reschedule within the 12-month credit period.
Weather determinations are made solely by Jack’s management based on official marine forecasts and harbor conditions. Light rain or overcast conditions alone do not qualify as unsafe boating conditions.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a rental credit.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
Safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
