Thank you for choosing **LEK MER | Kajak & SUP** for your adventure. True to our name, we believe life is better when we play more. We are honored to welcome you to our beautiful waters.
### ⏱️ Arrival Time
**Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your booking time.** This gives us plenty of time to get you ready so you can maximize your time on the water. When you arrive, walk straight to the dock and look for a staff member in a LEK MER logo t-shirt. Simply give them your booking name. If you are running late, please do not worry, just give us a quick call.
### ⚓ Safety and First-Timers
Many of our guests are paddling for the very first time, so you are in safe hands. Before you go out, our friendly local staff will explain what to do and what not to do. To help you feel confident, you can watch our easy instructional videos on our official YouTube page at [https://www.youtube.com/@lekmerkajak](https://www.youtube.com/@lekmerkajak) before you arrive. If you want to learn even more about kayaking and prepare for your journey, our channel is packed with helpful tips to make you feel like a pro.
Please note that safety is our highest priority, so **all participants must be able to swim.** Your rental always includes a high-quality life jacket, a paddle, and a spray skirt for kayaks.
### 🎒 What to Wear and Bring
We recommend comfortable sports clothes that dry quickly. For your feet, we recommend water shoes, old sneakers that can get wet, or going barefoot. Please bring water, sunscreen, and a snack for longer trips. We have places to store your larger bags on-site. We also offer **dry bags for rent for only 25 SEK** to keep your phone safe with you on the water.
### 🌤️ Weather and Local Tips

Please do not worry if it rains a little bit. Paddling in a light Swedish drizzle is a very peaceful and beautiful experience. You can find our full cancellation policy for severe weather on our website.
