## Please arrive 20 minutes before the event time

**If you arrive late for your appointment, 15 minutes past the start time, the event has already begun. Credit will not be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the event or in the case of a no-show, where the paddler fails to attend without prior notice.**
** Please park in the Leasing Center parking lot and follow the waterfront walking trail to the Capital SUP trailer and launch site.The Capital SUP check-in area we are located between C dock and B dock, if you plug in 680 Americana you will find our blue trailer. There is also public parking along Americana Drive. Please do not park in residential areas**
** If you're bringing your own equipment, you may drop off your board at 680 Americana Dr. and then repark your vehicle **

Please bring a watch, or we sell waterproof phone cases for $25.00 (rent for $5) to store your phone while on the water. You are responsible for your valuables.
##Know Before You Go:
- At Capital SUP, safety comes first! We do not allow paddlers to enter the water when there are signs of lightning, thunder, or high winds. Life jackets must be worn at all times.
- We still allow paddling in light rain! Rentals/Tours/Classes still take place rain or shine, unless otherwise notified.
- Management actively monitors the weather, and if the radar suggests heavy rains or storms, we will let you know if we have to cancel activities due to unsafe conditions.
- Any bookings that have to be canceled by Capital SUP will be credited for future service. This rain check is redeemable all season long and is transferable to others.
- Credit will not be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the event or in the case of a no-show, where the paddler fails to attend without prior notice.
