Here are a few important details and reminders for your trip:
Boarding Location and Time:
Please be advised that the boarding location for your fishing charter is at Pier C, 85-491 Farrington Hwy, Waianae, HI 96792. Boarding will begin 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly to ensure a smooth boarding process.
Snacks, Drinks, and Sunscreen:
While we provide a memorable fishing experience, we recommend bringing your favorite snacks and drinks to make your journey even more enjoyable. Additionally, don't forget to bring sunscreen to protect yourself from the Hawaiian sun during our adventure. However, please note that alcohol is not allowed on board for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Payment:
Kindly be aware that there will be a 3% surcharge on credit card payments. The total payment includes a 4.712% Hawaii state tax and a 3% Marina tax. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Gratuity:
A gratuity of 10-20% is customary and greatly appreciated by our hardworking crew. Your generosity ensures a positive experience for all.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with a clear understanding of our cancellation policy at Ultimate Boating. Please review the following guidelines:
Cancellation Period:
You are allowed to cancel your reservation within seven days from the date of booking and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Refund Process:
If you wish to cancel within the specified period, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made after the seven-day period may result in a forfeiture of the deposit. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we encourage you to reach out to us in such cases. We will do our best to address each situation on a case-by-case basis.
