Please remember to bring sunglasses, sunhats, sunscreen, water-shoes/flip-flops, towel, bug spray and change of clothes if needed.
IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. PLEASE USE RESTROOM BEFORE ARRIVAL. There are many local businesses within walking distance of the launch point that will allow you to use the restroom.
THIS IS A 21+ EVENT ONLY. PARTICIPANTS MAY BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF AGE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF PROPER IDENTIFICATION IS LOST OR NOT PROVIDED AT CHECK IN.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. As a small business, we rely on advanced notice to ensure the best experience for all our customers. Please take note of the following cancellation policy:
**Cancellation by Participants:**
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will not be eligible for a refund.
**No Shows:**
• Participants who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
**Weather Conditions:**
• In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe to conduct the tour, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling or provide a refund.
**Booking Modifications:**
• Participants can modify their booking (subject to availability) or transfer their booking to another person with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled tour time, without incurring any additional fees.
**Company Cancellations:**
• In rare cases where we need to cancel a tour due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, equipment malfunction), participants will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
**How to Cancel:**
• Participants can cancel their booking by contacting us via phone or email, using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
• By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
