#Welcome aboard your Fantasea Cruising / Manly Fast Ferry 9pm or Midnight Fireworks Cruise on New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Eve is fast approaching, and we hope you are as excited as we are about being on beautiful Sydney Harbour to experience the world’s most iconic fireworks display.
With all the hustle and bustle that New Year’s Eve offers, please find some valuable information below to help make your boarding process easier.
##Departure Times
- The departure time of your **9pm Fireworks Cruise** is **19:15** sharp from **Manly Wharf 2**.
- The departure time of your **Midnight Fireworks Cruise** is **22:15** sharp from **Manly Wharf 2**.
## Check In
- Please check in at least **45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time**
- Please bring a **printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation** and check in with one of the Manly Fast Ferry wharf staff
- At check in you will receive a **boarding wristband** for your cruise.
- **Check in is available at Manly Wharf 2 from 17:00 on Thursday, 31st December.**
## Fraud Prevention
Please present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card should match the name listed on your booking.
##Boarding
Please make your way to Manly Wharf 2 at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Manly Fast Ferry staff will be on location to manage the queue and may allow less mobile passengers to move to the front.
##What to Bring
- You are welcome to bring along snacks and meals. Some snacks will be available for purchase onboard.
- **No BYO alcohol allowed**. There is a licensed bar on board for alcoholic beverages and soft drinks
- Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions on the night

- **100% refund** if service is cancelled or abandoned by us.
- **100% refund** for customer cancellations with **at least 30 days’ notice** prior to the commencement of a service, less any Cancellation Fee.
- **50% refund** for customer cancellations with **at least 7 and less than 30 days’ notice** prior to the commencement of a service, less any Cancellation Fee.
- **25% refund** for customer cancellations with **at least 2 and less than 7 days’ notice** prior to the commencement of a service, less any Cancellation Fee.
- **No refund** for customer cancellations with **less than 2 days’ notice** prior to the commencement of a service.
