To ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable, please take note of the following important details:
Tour Schedule:
The tour will start promptly at 10:30 PM.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point by 10:10 PM to allow for a smooth boarding process.
Due to New Year’s Eve marina regulations, the boat cannot depart after 10:30 PM, as per the local captaincy’s legislation. Departure after this time cannot be guaranteed.

Attire Guidelines:
For your safety and the preservation of the boat, we kindly request that high heels not be worn on board. Please opt for flats or shoes with soft soles to ensure comfort and safety.
Weather Considerations:
The evening may be chilly, so we recommend wearing warm, comfortable clothing to stay cozy throughout the tour.
Motion Sickness Advisory:
If you or anyone in your party is prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking a motion sickness pill approximately 30 minutes before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees depend on the notice provided and are as follows:
Cancellations made more than 78 hours in advance: 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour: 100% of the booking amount.
If Happy Hour Madeira cancels the tour due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather or sea conditions), customers will be promptly notified. In such cases, they may choose to reschedule the tour or request a full refund.
For refunds:
If booked through a third-party agent, Happy Hour Madeira will liaise with the agent to expedite the refund.
For direct bookings, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide an IBAN to facilitate the return.
