Booking Notes
Evening and sunsets are spectacular in our area. Please be advised that boats MUST be returned to the marina as the set time to avoid being out into twilight. Significant late fees will be charged for any late returns.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 48 hours. Customers will receive a full refund or credit if notice is given prior to that period. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other circumstances that would make boating unsafe at that time. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Purchasing trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule for any reason up to 3 hours prior to your trip. You will be reimbursed for the full amount, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees. No refunds are given within 48 hours unless you have Trip Protection.
