***What if we don’t see any mantas?***
It is an extremely rare occurrence, but if we do not see ANY manta rays on our Night Manta Experience, you are welcome to come back out with us again during the same vacation, based on availability, totally free of charge. Make sure you call us right away so that we may reschedule you!
Cancellation Policy
All changes to and/or cancellations of a reservation must be made 48 hours before the tour start time.
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

**Important Information**
- Please wear a swimsuit and bring a towel. Your beach bag is welcome onboard.
**Waiver Reminder**
To expedite and to minimize contact during the check in process on the day of your excursion ***please have all members of your party sign the electronic waiver ahead of time. Please also sign a waiver for each minor in your party.*** If you are unable to do so, waivers will be available at our office.
#Directions
**Step 1)** Take Hwy 19 South or Hwy 11 North toward Kailua-Kona.
**Step 2)** Turn West (towards the ocean) on Kamehameha III Road.
**Step 3)** Take a left at the second stoplight which is Ali’i Hwy.
**Step 4)** Take a right at the next stoplight which is Kaleiopapa St.
**Step 5)** Please find street parking along Kaleiopapa near the dead end. You can park along the shoulder on either side of Kaleiopapa Street. Please do not park in areas with no parking signs, and please do not park in the boat trailer parking stalls.

Sea Quest enforces a 48 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your tour, you will receive a full refund. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your tour as well to avoid a penalty. This gives us an opportunity to rebook your seats.
