About
After watching one of Kona’s sunsets on the boat ride to the site you’ll slip into the water after dark, with your guide, and snorkel above majestic manta rays as they somersault below you. This will be an awesome story you’ll tell forever!
**For safety, ALL guests MUST be able to swim 50 yards unassisted, have prior snorkeling experience, and be in good physical and mental health. Kids ages 5+ are welcome if they meet these requirements.**

* You should be in good physical and mental health to participate in this activity.
* This is not a suitable activity for non-swimmers, first-time snorkelers, expectant mothers, those with back or neck issues, or any current injuries or health issues. You will be denied boarding or entry to the water if we feel it is unsafe for you to participate in the activity and no refund will be offered.

Manta Guarantee
Please note that the Manta Rays are wild animals and we cannot guarantee their presence. If you do not see a manta on your night out, you can go again on another night on a **space available standby basis**. Keep in mind that standby spaces may be extremely limited, especially during the busiest times of the year. This offer never expires, but is non-transferable and has no refund or cash value. We are typically very successful in finding mantas for you; however, if they are not around, the costs involved with setting up the charter and getting all our guests to the location will not allow us to offer you a refund.

#First Things First…
✅ Are you booked for the correct date? Booked for the correct island? Double-check your reservation to avoid any mix-ups. If you booked the wrong date and do not contact us more than 48 hours before the trip, no rebooking or refund will be offered.
##✅ **Complete Your Digital Waiver**
This must be completed before arrival for check-in. This is a **required** step to make it from the reservation to the Captain's manifest. If waivers are not done two hours before arrival, you run the risk of forfeiting your reservation.

🚨 **Arrive 15 minutes before the posted tour time for check-in.** If you arrive later than your scheduled tour time, you will be considered a NO SHOW and won’t be able to receive a refund OR reschedule your tour. We want you to join us, but we respect our other guests' time.

✨If you are booked on the second or third manta trip, our vessel will be returning from a previous charter. Once the vessel is secure and guests have departed, we will assist you with check-in and boarding. Thank you for your patience and for giving us room as we transition between trips.

🔹 The Orca is a wet boat - expect some seaspray! You’ll wear your wetsuit partially on during the ride.
🔹 Leave most of your belongings on land. If necessary, bring a small dry bag for essentials.

##Seasickness Prevention
🌊 While most guests don’t experience seasickness, ocean conditions can vary. Consider taking motion sickness medication in advance. Seabands are available for purchase at check-in.

##Health & Safety Requirements
Your safety is our top priority. Everyone in your party must be in good physical and mental health.
🚫 This tour is NOT suitable for:
* Pregnant women (due to the vessel’s adventurous nature).
* The elderly
* Those with limited mobility—you must be able to board the boat independently.
* Anyone with **heart conditions, high blood pressure, severe asthma, etc** - this can be a physically demanding activity.
🚨If you've listed you carry medication in your reservation, **BRING THEM**; otherwise, you will not be permitted to board and will be marked as no show, and no refund will be available.
**If we determine that it is unsafe for you to participate, you will be denied boarding or entry into the water.**
**Basic swimming and snorkeling skills are required, and we cannot provide one-on-one instruction during the group tour.**
**Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times - on the boat and in the water.**

Manta rays are wild animals, and while we have great success finding them, sightings are not guaranteed. If you don’t see a manta during your trip, you may join another tour on a space-available, standby basis. **There is no refund if wildlife does not appear.**
🔹 Important: This offer never expires, but it is non-transferable and has no cash value. Standby spaces are extremely limited, especially during peak seasons.
While the manta rays occasionally take a break, our boats, crew, and operating expenses don’t! Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds for tours where manta rays aren’t seen—but we’re happy to offer you another opportunity to snorkel with them on a future night. This policy is standard across all manta ray snorkel operators in Kona. Thanks for understanding and joining us on this unique ocean adventure!
##Rescheduling & Rebooking

Cancellation Policy
We commit to our employees and other guests and adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. ***We recommend travel insurance or a premium credit card with trip protection to cover unexpected disruptions such as illness, injury, severe weather, or airline/travel disruption. etc.***
**Refundable Ticket:**
Cancellation: Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the trip.
Rebooking: Free rebooking up to 48 hours before the trip.
**All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the trip's start. Reservations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.**
**Non-Refundable Ticket:**
Cancellation: No refunds. All Sales are Final
Rebooking: Rebooking is allowed up to 48 hours before the trip.
###Flexible Cancellation Upgrade for Refundable Tickets
If you purchased the upgrade, your cancellation window has been extended up to **12 hours** before the start of the trip. You’ll be fully refunded for the ticket (**minus the upgrade and fees**).
###No Shows and Late Arrivals will not be refunded or rescheduled.
###What if we cancel?
We reserve the right to cancel for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather, ocean conditions, passenger count, mechanical issues, or safety for you, our guests, and our crew. We’ll do our best to reschedule your trip based on availability, or you’ll be issued a refund in full.
