A non-private tour for up to 22 passengers, 3 hours long with a trip to Crab Island and a harbor dolphin tour.
Approximately 2 hours spent at Crab Island, and a 30 minute dolphin cruise. The rest of the time is transit time to the island and back to the slip.
*NOTE: Dolphin sightings are NOT guaranteed as they are wild animals. We do our best to find them and we typically see them.

Thank you for booking with Destin Pontoon Charters!
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EARLY TO CHECK IN. YOUR BOAT DEPARTS PROMPTLY AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. There are no refunds for late guests who miss the boat. Boarding closed 10 minutes prior to start time, you must have waivers signed and wristbands to board.
****PLEASE NOTE OUR PICKUP LOCATION: Heron Harbor, 314 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Park in the Heron Harbor parking lot and walk down to the docks. LOOK FOR THE HERON HARBOR SIGN AT THE STREET WHERE YOU TURN INTO THE PARKING LOT. Please note that parking is a premium in Destin and Heron Harbor charges to park in their parking lot. We have a booth located on the docks with a sign that says "Destin Pontoon Charters" to check in.
Gratuity of 15% is added to the booking and goes directly to the crew. Additional gratuity may be provided in case of excellent service as the crew accepts cash or app payment (venmo, cashapp)
Your charter includes our equipment, which includes, paddle boards, a lily pad, and snorkel for use during your trip. These are shared equipment and is used on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee that all items with be available for everyone on board, so we do encourage bringing floats or your own equipment.

Feel free to bring any food/drinks/snacks that you would like to have on the boat. We provide a cooler with ice and water bottles also. Don't forget towels, sunscreen, etc.

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to your charter you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of your deposit and/or amount paid. Once the cancellation window has passed, there is no refund and the full amount will be due. As for bad weather, our captain will make the call, if necessary, to cancel and we will issue a full refund IF we cancel the charter due to the weather. The customer cannot cancel the charter….the cancellation MUST come from our captain. We try not to cancel a charter too soon as the weather can change by the minute here in Destin.
There is an optional cancellation insurance that can be added to your reservation for an additional fee that allows cancellation up to 3 hours beforehand for any reason. The booking will be refunded minus the insurance and processing fees.
Please have your party complete our waiver that is in this email before check in. You will not be allowed to board without a signed waiver for each person in your party.

If we do not reach a minimum passenger count of 8, we will give you a call and offer other times or a refund. If you miss the boat, we do not offer any refunds.
