This program **DOES NOT** include the boat tickets to the USS *Arizona* Memorial, nor are they needed to participate in this tour. The first round of tickets are released 8 Weeks in advance. The second round of tickets is released one day in advance at 3 p.m. Hawaii Time. Park gates open at 7 a.m.

**Check-In:** Check in with your confirmation at the **USS *Arizona* Memorial Narrated Tour Desk**; located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, far left when entering.
Check-in anytime from 7am-3:30pm. (Pearl Harbor Visitor Center closes at 5 pm). Please be advised that the Visitor Center has a no-bag policy; visitors can bring their wallets, cameras, cellular phones, and water. Bag storage is available for a fee.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date are not eligible for a refund, but the tour may be rescheduled for a later date (at least 24 hours from the time of the reschedule request).
