##RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
Must read all rules and regulations prior to reserving. Full refunds will not be permitted due to customer negligence.
The rental times are from 5:30pm to 10:00am the next day, not at all during the day time.
Insurance is required for all overnight rentals and must be provided prior to rental date or at check-in. If insurance is not provided, your reservation will be cancelled and you will a not receive a refund.

It must meet the following requirements:
· Shows your policy number.
· Shows your policy expiration date and be current.
· Shows the Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Limit is set to a minimum of $300,000 per occurrence or $300,000 combined single limit.
Please know that to have access after hours, we require you pay a $50.00 deposit for a key FOB that gives you access to enter the gate. This deposit is refunded to you when the FOB is returned.
In cases of a cancellation we require that you call at least two days prior to the rental date. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee or you can reschedule for no fee.
