Discover the individual characteristics of the local Sydney Rock Oyster, the creamy Pacific Oyster and our very own seafood treasure, the Akoya pearl oyster.

Our Shellar Door is in oyster heartland, Mooney Mooney. We demonstrate the technique of shucking around the harvest table so you can enjoy oysters fresh from the shell at home.

For those who can't get enough, oysters by the dozen can be purchased on the day or can be preordered, subject to availability.
