Our adult SUP taster (Age 14+) will start with a brief on-land demonstration on how to get up on the board and then it will be time to get on the water. The water of Hove lagoon is flat and shallow combined with BSUPA instructions this will make your first steps on board so much easier. All equipment and tuition is included.
