About
It's titled PADI Advanced Open Water Diver because it advances your diving knowledge & skills. You don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed to advance your diving, so you can start right after earning your PADI Open Water Diver certification. The course helps build confidence and expand your scuba skills through different Adventure Dives. You try out different specialties while gaining experience under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. You log dives and develop capabilities as you find new ways to have fun scuba diving.

#What you need on the first day of class:
* **Completed Knowledge Reviews from PADI's Adventures in Diving eLearning** - PRIOR to starting the first day of class you must complete the listed below Knowledge Reviews. Failure to complete this will result in rescheduling the class.

* **Completed Enriched Air Diver eLearning** - PRIOR to starting the first day of class you must complete the Enriched Air Diver eLearning.
* **Medical Statement signed by a physician if you answered 'Yes' to any medical question** - You must review the PADI Medical Questionnaire and have a physician sign the medical statement if you answered 'yes' to any question prior to any in-water training. * **Mask, Snorkel, and Fins** - We will make sure everyone has the proper equipment. 10% discount off mask, snorkel, and fins given to students at our Kaka'ako location.
* **Dive Light, Compass and SMB & Reel** - 10% discount off light, knife and slate given to students at our Kaka'ako location.

Cancellation Policy
If a student does not meet course standards, he/she will be charged the following fees:
* $199 - Makeup boat session (for two tank charters)
* $299 - Makeup boat session (for three tank charters)
# Guest Cancellations:
If you do not have course protection, reservations canceled within our 48 hour window cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
If you have purchased course protection, and **have not opened your eLearning** you can cancel your class with less than 48 hour notice and receive a refund less the cost of course protection and fees (90% refund). If you have opened your e-Learning you will receive a 90% refund off the cost of the class less the eLearning fee.
**There is no refund for eLearning once the code has been opened.**
You may reschedule once at no cost with trip protection. Additional rescheduling will be charged a $50 fee.

Dive Oahu reserves the right to alter course details or cancel courses should it be necessary, due to adverse weather, minimum passenger requirements, staffing, or other related conditions. Dive Oahu is not responsible for expenses and/or other related costs due to altered course details or canceled course. Guests are responsible for providing Dive Oahu with correct contact information, to keep guests informed in the event of changes made to the courses booked.
