Get your scuba diving certification with the PADI® Open Water Diver course – the world’s most popular and widely recognized scuba course. Millions of people have learned to scuba dive and gone on to discover the wonders of the aquatic world through this course. To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver course (or Junior Open Water Diver course), you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required.

##Thank you for signing up for the PADI Open Water Course. After you have signed up a PADI eLearning code will be sent to you. You must download and complete **ALL** sections **PRIOR** to the start of class.
You must have the following with you on the first day of class:
* **Completed and printed eLearning Record**
* **Swimsuit & towel**
* **Mask, Snorkel, Fins** (Fins must be designed for diving NOT snorkeling. 10% discount given to students at our Kaka'ako location, 609 Keawe St.)
* **PADI Medical Statement signed by a doctor if you answered 'YES' to any of the medical questions**
Cancellation Policy
If a student does not meet course standards, he/she will be charged the following fees:
* $175 - Makeup pool session
* $199 - Makeup open water session
# Guest Cancellations:
If you do not have course protection, reservations canceled within our 48 hour window cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
If you have purchased course protection, and **have not opened your eLearning** you can cancel your class with less than 48 hour notice and receive a refund less the cost of course protection and fees (90% refund). If you have opened your e-Learning you will receive a 90% refund off the cost of the class less the eLearning fee.
**There is no refund for eLearning once the code has been opened.**
You may reschedule once at no cost with trip protection. Additional rescheduling will be charged a $50 fee.

# Course Alterations or Cancellations:
Dive Oahu reserves the right to alter course details or cancel courses should it be necessary, due to adverse weather, minimum passenger requirements, staffing, or other related conditions. Dive Oahu is not responsible for expenses and/or other related costs due to altered course details or canceled course. Guests are responsible for providing Dive Oahu with correct contact information, to keep guests informed in the event of changes made to the courses booked.
