‼️PRE-CHECK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ‼️

ALL participants MUST complete the ONLINE WAIVER here: [Online Waiver](https://hq.miamiwatersports.com/waiver)

‼️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ‼️
• We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Guests are added to the next available departure once waivers and payment are complete.
- This ensures full trips instead of reserving equipment for no‑shows, which would be financially unsustainable.
• We’re open 10am to sunset, but after 3–4pm we often sell out or have 2+ hour wait times, especially on weekends.
• Arriving earlier means shorter waits and smaller groups.
• Late arrivals may need to wait, reschedule, or switch to another activity depending on availability.

🪪 ID & Payment Requirements
• All guests must present a valid physical government‑issued ID or passport at check‑in.
• Not accepted: Apple Pay, American Express, digital/gift cards, or non‑chip cards.
• Parasail activity fees must be paid using an approved card method.
• Cash is accepted only where policy allows (any deposits or required holds must be paid by card).
• Please arrive prepared with an acceptable payment method to avoid delays during check‑in.

Cancellation Policy

Rules & Regulations
Please be sure to read and understand each statement.

Cancellation/ No Refund Policy: All bookings are final and non-refundable at the time of transaction. There may be delays in your scheduled departure if more time is needed for safety protocols with previous departures or due to weather conditions. If weather conditions prevent the activity from operating, you will receive a non-expiring voucher to reschedule. Vouchers are non-transferable. Miami Watersports has a strict NO REFUND POLICY. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, equipment failure, or change of mind.

Storage of Personal Items: Though storage may be available during activities, Miami Watersports is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend avoiding bringing valuables to the facility to prevent issues.

Jet Ski Damage Deposit: If a jet ski is returned with new damage, Miami Watersports reserves the right to keep the $150 deposit for repairs. If the jet ski is returned in an unseaworthy condition (unsafe to rent), an additional charge of up to $500 may apply, totaling $750. If the jet ski flips due to user error, the deposit will be kept, and the ride may be terminated without a refund. The driver is responsible for any damage unless proven otherwise. Cardholders who paid deposits for multiple skis are liable for any damage, even if they weren't driving.

Liability Waiver: All participants must complete a liability waiver, acknowledging the risks associated with "extreme sports." Serious injuries may occur during these activities.

Safety Instructions: All participants must pay full attention during the instructor's safety speech—no phones or talking. The speech covers equipment use, safety features, and activity guidelines. If anything is unclear, participants must ask questions until everything is understood. Injuries can be avoided by listening carefully and following the instructions.

Health Conditions/Pregnancy: Participants must be physically fit for our "extreme" activities. Conditions like broken bones, back/knee issues, heart problems, and other medical concerns should be considered. Consult a doctor if unsure. Pregnant individuals over 2 months cannot participate. Injuries during activities must be reported to staff immediately for assistance.

Life Jacket Requirement: Always wear your USCG life jacket. Life jackets are required for all activities, regardless of experience, as they will keep you safe if you fall into the water.

Knowing How to Swim: Participants must be comfortable around water and stay calm if they fall in. A life jacket is required at all times, so swimming skills aren't necessary as long as participants can remain calm and follow staff instructions to exit the water safely.

Risk of Falling into the Water: Miami Watersports does not allow participants to jump into the water for fun, but splashing or accidental falls may occur. USCG-approved life jackets are provided and may be required at all times. Stay calm if you fall, and our staff will assist you. Falling is safe if you follow the safety guidelines.

Bumpy Boat Rides: Weather conditions may cause a bumpier ride. Participants with previous injuries, such as back/knee pain, should consider this before participating. Ask your doctor before participating if necessary.

Alcohol/Drugs: Participants may not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at check-in or during activities. Any violations will result in termination of the activity without a refund.

Participants Violating Guidelines: If a participant violates any safety rules, their activity will be terminated without a refund.

Lost/Damaged Equipment: Participants are responsible for inspecting equipment before renting. Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement/repair fee.

Check-in for Minors: A parent must complete and confirm the online check-in for minors (under 18). They are responsible for explaining the rules, including the liability waiver. Minors must understand all company rules before starting the activities.
