We suggest using ride share apps due to parking being scarce downtown.
**Parking Location:** 750 E Bay ST, Jacksonville, FL 32202
Park in the over flow lot next to the above address.
**If you are using a ride share app use the departure location as the address**
**Departure Location:** South Liberty Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to check in and get settled before departure.

Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy**
**Individual Ticket Cancellation Policy**
A 4 person capacity must be reached 24 hours before the scheduled tour or the party risk cancellation: Bold City Party Boat Tours cannot run tours with less than 4 guests.
Bold City Party Boat Tours requires guest to process cancellations for any tour at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour. Guest that process cancellations with less than 7 days notice can reschedule or receive a gift certificate to use at a more convenient date.
**Group Bookings (10 or more guests) or Private Charters**
Group or Private Charters:
For group bookings (10 or more guests) or private charters, we require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour will not be refunded, but rescheduling may be available with a $25 rescheduling fee.
**No-Show Policy**
No-Show (Failure to Appear on the Scheduled Date):
If a passenger does not show up for the scheduled tour, no refund will be issued. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the tour departure to ensure timely boarding.
**Weather Related Cancellations**
Inclement Weather:
Bold City Party Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, or other hazardous weather). If we cancel a tour due to weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date at no extra charge.
**Rescheduling Policy**
Rescheduling:
We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your tour, you may do so based on availability with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be treated as a cancellation.
**Refund Policy**
Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
