We’re delighted to welcome you aboard “Fins Up!” for your upcoming private Peanut Island boat and snorkeling experience. We look forward to providing you with a seamless, relaxing, and unforgettable day on the water.
##Before You Arrive
To ensure a smooth departure, please review the following:
- Kindly arrive **10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time** at your selected pick-up location to meet your Captain & Mate.
- **All guests must complete a waiver prior to boarding.**
- **Spray sunscreen must be applied before boarding.** Lotion SPF is okay to apply onboard
- Bringing little ones? Please let us know in advance so we can ensure the proper PFD (life jacket) sizes are onboard.
- A cooler with **ice and bottled water** will be provided onboard. You are welcome to bring additional beverages or snacks if desired.
- If you’re prone to seasickness (or unsure), we recommend taking preventative measures ahead of time, check with your doctor or pharmacist for options.
- **Gratuity is not included in your charter.** If you had an amazing experience, tips can be given in cash, added to your booking, or sent via Venmo.

⚠️ Please note: On weekends and late afternoons, parking is often limited. We recommend arranging rideshare service for a more convenient arrival.

Cancellation Policy
###Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our Peanut Island boat tours are in high demand and availability is limited. Because we reserve the boat and crew specifically for your group, the following cancellation policy applies:
7 days or more before your trip: Full refund.
Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before your trip: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before your trip: No refund.
No-shows: No refund will be given due to the loss of business and expenses incurred.
Weather Policy
If Palm Beach Snorkeling cancels your trip due to unsafe weather, water conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit. Weather-related cancellations are determined by the Captain.
Trips are not cancelled due to rain alone. South Florida weather can change quickly, so we may wait until close to the scheduled departure time to make a final decision. Trips may also be delayed while waiting for weather to pass.
If we do need to cancel, we will do our best to reschedule your trip during your visit.
We are a small team specializing in private and small-group experiences. Our cancellation policy helps us keep these trips sustainable while reserving the boat and crew specifically for our guests. Thank you for understanding!
