Join us in keeping the Wild & Scenic Loxahatchee River and Riverbend Park clean and beautiful! Pick & Paddle Wednesdays is your chance to paddle or bike for a greatly reduced rate while making a difference.
Paddle & Pick – Grab a kayak or canoe and some trash grabbers, then head out to remove plastics and debris that threaten wildlife.
Bike & Pick – Walk JOC’s launch areas to collect litter, then hit the scenic trails to continue your cleanup.

Booking Notes
Get ready for an exciting adventure on the nationally designated Wild & Scenic Loxahatchee River!
Check in at Riverbend Park, 9060 W Indiantown Road, Jupiter. You'll find us under the big thatched Chickee hut surrounded by bikes, just inside the park's main entrance. You should arrive 10 minutes early.
Riverbend Park is designated as a "leave no trace/trash-free" park. There are no garbage receptacles in the park, requiring all visitors to take any trash with them when they leave.
Unfortunately, not all trash makes it out of the park. Thanks for helping keep our one-and-only Wild & Scenic Loxahatchee River and beautiful Riverbend Park free from debris and safe for the animals that live there.
Trash tongs are provided. If you're kayaking or canoeing, scan the river bed if water is clear enough to see the bottom, and watch for for garbage on the water's surface and river banks. If biking, you'll pick up trash around JOC's launches and surrounding areas, then head out for your ride.
### Last boat or bike goes out by 11, and all equipment must be returned by noon.

--wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet and possibly dirty
--bring water
--sun protection such as sunscreen, hats, sunglasses
