How it works:
Door-to-Deck Service: You board the deck directly from the shore. Dress to impress! There is no need to get wet.
Private Towing: Our professional staff will tow your private deck from the shore and secure it to a scenic buoy in the middle of the lagoon.
Total Bliss: Enjoy 1 or 2 hours of peace, surrounded by the water, with the best views of San Juan.

Booking Notes
Important Experience Rules:
Check-in Time: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows for parking, check-in, weight verification, and the safety briefing.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, it may shorten your experience or be considered a No-Show, as we must stay on schedule for other guests.
Self-Guided Picnic: This is a self-guided experience. You will paddle at your own pace and choose your preferred spot for the picnic.
Special Seating: The kayak is equipped with adjustable seats that can be turned to face each other for your picnic experience.
Weight Capacity: The combined weight limit for the kayak is 500 lbs.
Age Requirement: This activity is for adults and teens 15 years of age and older.
Tropical Weather: We operate in a tropical environment. Light rain or passing showers are not grounds for cancellation. The activity proceeds as scheduled. Only the company can determine if conditions (lightning or high winds) require a cancellation.
Sobriety: No alcohol or drug intoxication is permitted before or during the rental.
Cancellation Policy
72-Hour Notice: Because this experience includes fresh food (charcuterie), you must cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Within 72 hours of the reservation, the food is already prepared and the spot allocated; therefore, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
Weather Authority: The company is the sole authority in deciding if weather conditions require a cancellation. If the company remains operational and the guest chooses not to show up due to rain, it will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, the booking is forfeited without a refund.
Important Information
🛶 Stability & Safety: Our double kayaks are high-quality and very stable. A full safety briefing and navigation instructions will be provided before you hit the water.
🛟 Life Jackets: For your safety, USCG-approved life jackets are mandatory and must be worn properly at all times while on the kayak.
☀️ Sun Protection: You will be exposed to the sun during your picnic. We strongly recommend wearing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
💧 Stay Hydrated: While Prosecco (or your choice of beverage) is included, we recommend bringing extra water to stay hydrated during your 1 hour session.
👗 Dress Code: This is a water activity. While our kayaks are stable, light splashing may occur. We recommend comfortable summer or swim attire.
🌦️ Tropical Weather: We operate in a tropical environment where rain showers can occur unexpectedly. The activity continues during light rain. In case of lightning or high winds, Aqua Experiences PR reserves the right to postpone or reschedule for your safety.
📱 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, dropped, or water-damaged items (cell phones, cameras, or jewelry). We recommend using a waterproof case or dry bag.
