How old you need to be drive a boat?
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 is required to either have successfully completed a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) approved boating education course or have passed a course equivalency or temporary certificate examination and have in their possession a boating education ID card and a photo identification card before operating a vessel with a motor of 10 HP or more in Florida. Identification cards for persons completing the course or the equivalency exam are good for a lifetime. Temporary Certificate exams are made available to the public through contractors. The temporary certificate is valid for 90 days from the issue date.

OCEAN FORBIDDEN - NO boats are allowed in the ocean so you must stay inside the INTRACOASTAL.
SOUTH - Do not pass BROAD CAUSEWAY Bridge.
NORTH - ATLANTIC blvd (Pompano Beach).

Anyone renting and paying for the rental must have photo ID and a major credit card.
We do not hold any deposit amount on your card but we may check for funds available of $1000
Driver must be at least 25 years old.
To drive a boat Florida law requires anyone who was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to successfully complete an approved boating safety course. Check on our Website for information and course links.

FREE Same-Day booking Changes/Cancellation (Only for bad weather condition)
We’re here to help you make Same-Day Ticket Changes or Cancellation. These changes mean that you’re making a booking change or cancellation within 24-48 hours of your originally scheduled departure time.
When complications such as weather, mechanical delays occur, you are eligible to request a booking credit or refund for your ticket. In these situations, please submit a refund request by phone: 561-444-6311

Florida State law requires children under 6 years of age must wear a PFD at all times while the boat is underway. ("Underway" means any time except when the vessel is anchored, moored, docked, or aground.)

Cancellation Policy
Customers are eligible to make changes or receive a full refund up to 48 hours before departure. However, within 48 hours of departure, no changes or refunds can be accommodated, except in cases of inclement weather
If the weather is bad at your reserved departure time, ( thunderstorms, heavy rain, hurricanes, winds exceeding 20 mph ), customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. This will occur on the day of the rental period. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. 2 hours after your reservation time, No-shows will be charged the full price and the boat will be re reserved to another party if no attempt is made to contact the operator.
