Important: Anyone who will be operating a jet ski and was born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete the Florida Temporary Boater Safety Course before arrival.

Please arrive 30 minutes early with:
✅ A valid government-issued photo ID
✅ The credit/debit card used for payment (if applicable)
✅ Your Florida Temporary Boater Safety Certificate (if required)
Enjoy the lake at your own pace! You'll be driving the pontoon boat yourself, giving you the freedom to explore and relax.
• Guests are welcome to bring a cooler (no glass containers).
• Fishing poles are welcome. Bass fishing is catch-and-release only.
• Towed activities (such as tubing, skiing, or wakeboarding) are not permitted behind the pontoon boat.
Upon arrival, all participants will be required to complete and sign Paradise Cove Water Sports' liability waiver before participating in the experience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Advanced Payments, and NO SHOW are NONREFUNDABLE. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past the reserved time are considered as NO SHOWS and are NON REFUNDABLE. Valid ID and same credit card used to process this payment must be presented upon check-in. Balance due must minimum 2 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
On the day of your reservation please arrive 30 mins before your scheduled time to get checked in and pay any remaining balances that are due. Arriving anymore than 15 mins late may result in your scheduled adventure starting without you, therefore its very important that you give us a call to let us know that you will be arriving late or if you are unable to make your scheduled reservation. You have 365 days to reschedule your reservation. All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE .
We require that you bring with you your photo I.D., Along with the same credit card or voucher you paid with. The credit card holder must be present on arrival, we cannot accept photocopies or telephone views of I.D.
As part of our insurance requirements each person must complete the ONLINE WAIVER RELEASE FORM.
Each individual adult must read and sign their own waiver form. For minors that are 18 years old and younger a parent/guardian must complete the waiver form for the minor and it MUST BE SIGNED by the parent/guardian and the minor!
