Location and Delivery
The Baxstar Pontoon is located in Detroit Lakes, MN.
**Note: The pontoon is no longer located on the lake but we deliver to the new public access on the north side of Big Detroit Lake for free.**
- There is no delivery fee for rentals on Detroit Lake.
- Delivery to lakes within 10 miles of Detroit Lakes is $200.
- We deliver to any lake within 50 miles of Detroit Lake. Contact us for a quote. Max fee is $350 for 50 miles.
- Flexible delivery and pickup times available. We will contact you to make arrangements for a pickup or delivery time.

About
Enjoy the lakes area in style on the Baxstar pontoon! You'll love our powerful 115 hp Yamaha engine and extras such as a 5" fish finder and electric anchor with remote! A Baxstar exclusive, we offer flexible check in times, allowing you to keep the pontoon as late as 9 pm. There is room for up to 12 people, so bring your friends and family! Cruise Detroit Lake, or have Baxstar deliver the pontoon to a lake of your choice (delivery fee applies & ranges from $200-$500, depending on how far away the lake is from Detroit Lakes).
Important Info
- All ages welcome. Driver must be at least 21 years of age. Feel free to bring with you any tubes, skis, wakeboards, corresponding tow ropes, and other water toys.
- Baxstar Fishing reserves the right to refuse service, without a refund, to anyone under the influence, or otherwise deemed incapable of operating the pontoon.
- We love animals, but pets are not allowed on the pontoon.
- A $750 damage deposit is required for all rentals.
- You can choose to return the pontoon with a full tank of non-oxygenated premium gas, or you can have us fill the fuel tank. If you choose to have us fill the tank, a fuel surcharge is added to your invoice after the rental. ***Fuel surcharge is $7/gallon*** until the tank is full. The tank holds 20 gallons.

##**Before Your Reservation:**
**Please complete this digital waiver linked above.** Each adult (18+) must complete the form before they can enter onto the pontoon - even if they are not present at checkout. You can easily share the link to the waiver via email (see instructions below).
##**Meeting & Pickup:**
- We will deliver the pontoon to your lake. Delivery to Detroit Lake is free. A fee is charged for all other lakes.
- If you have not discussed the delivery fee with us, contact us prior to your reservation.
- Detroit Lake, we will meet you at the new north-side access (unless you request otherwise). **Note:** we no longer store at Long Bridge Marina—please contact us to arrange pickup/drop-off.
##**Policies & Extras**
- Driver must be 21+
- You’re welcome to bring tubes, skis, boards, etc., but be sure to bring your own rope(s).
- Damage deposit: $750 hold on your card, released 1-3 days after your trip if no damage. Baxstar reserves the right to charge your card on file for more than $750, if the repair costs more.
- Fuel options: fill the 20-gal tank yourself (91 octane), or we’ll refuel at $7/gal.
- Dogs are allowed, but please keep them off the seats. Please note, your card on file will be charged for any damage caused by your pet(s).
- Life jackets included: We provide 16 adult life jackets, 6 child life jackets for 50–90 lbs, and 2 toddler life jackets. For best fit and safety, customers should bring their own properly fitting life jacket for any child under 50 lbs.

If you did not receive a full refund ***and*** we are able to **rebook your cancelled date with another customer**, we will refund the difference. We will contact you if this happens.

*Multi-day rentals carry some risk with them, and Baxstar does not offer refunds or credits for multi-day rentals for weather-related reasons. This is a trade-off for the flexibility of a multi-day rental.*

The Baxstar pontoon has been personally cleaned by the owners after every use, since day 1. It is like new! This attention to details provides our customers with the cleanest and safest pontoon in town.
