Booking Notes
#Thank you for booking a Pool Party at Neptune Dive & Ski! We're excited to host your celebration!
##Check In & Reminders
You may arrive 30 minutes before the start of your party to decorate. Two rectangular tables (each 6ft long), one picnic table (4ft square), and one round table (3ft across) are available for you to use.
**We do not allow:**
- glass containers
- large floats
- extension cords
- open flames (other than the birthday candle)
- balloons with confetti
**We do not provide:**
- life jackets
- floats
- swim aids
- towels
You are allowed and encouraged to bring food and drinks in coolers. (Some people have pizza delivered.) We do NOT HAVE ICE.
Please inform your guests to bring anything their swimmer(s) may need. If your guests have small children or children who do not swim independently, it is encouraged for adults to swim with them. We have pool toys available for the kid's play. The pool is 3ft in the shallow and 5ft in the deep.
Because it is an indoor heated pool, the pool area always feels like a sauna and the room is very humid. We will set up a fan to keep guests cool.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or change their pool party date up to 2 weeks before the party.
If it is within 2 weeks of the party date, please call to inquire about cancellation or rescheduling. **If you cancel within those 2 weeks, you will receive a refund less the $100 cancellation fee and any additional booking fees.**
