About
Join us for a charter to Portsmouth Island, one of the most remote and unspoiled barrier islands on the North Carolina coast - and DREAM COME TRUE FOR SHELL LOVERS. Known for its wide, untouched beaches and incredible shelling opportunities, this island offers some of the best shell collecting on the East Coast.

Cruise across the scenic Pamlico Sound as we head to this hidden gem, where you'll have plenty of time to explore the shoreline and hunt for treasures like scotch bonnets, sand dollars, whelks, and more. With little foot traffic and miles of pristine beach, Portsmouth Island is the perfect place to find rare and beautiful shells.

You'll also have the option to stroll through the historic village of Portsmouth, a fascinating ghost town dating back to the 1700s. It's a peaceful blend of history, nature, and solitude - perfect for this 6-hour adventure.

Whether you're a serious shell collector or just love beachcombing, this tour is your chance to experience the magic of Portsmouth Island. Don't forget your bucket!

We will have bottled water on the boat. If you desire to have other beverages or snacks, feel free to bring them.

There is not a bathroom at the marina, on the boat, or at the beach….only sand dunes, so keep that in mind. Some public areas will have restrooms once on the island.
