Come aboard our large powerboat for a private tour of Lake Tahoe for up to 6 passengers as a regular charter or up to12 as a Bareboat Charter. Have more passengers or want more space? Book multiple boats. Guests can enjoy sightseeing, water sports, swimming, and lounging with friends and family on the boat while they hear amazing tales and history of Lake Tahoe told by your captain. Our tours are unique because of our incredible local and passionate Captains and all the activities that we can incorporate into your tour.
Depending on the number of hours booked and weather conditions, you'll explore some great locations up close. Lake Tahoe Boat Rides sightseeing tours can include Emerald Bay, Cave Rock, Rubicon Bay, Sand Harbor, Fleur du Lac, and many more. Watersports can include our famous tubing experience, wake boarding, and water skiing.
Please bring water and a jacket. If you are planning on getting in the water, please bring swimsuit, towel, and warm change of clothes. We encourage you to bring any food and beverages you would like on board.
* Wakeboarding and Waterskiing may not be possible with more than 8 passengers depending on group size.
* 10 adult passengers is the recommended max for comfort.
* 4 Hours is the most popular amount of time booked
* Mornings typically have the best weather/wind conditions
Booking Notes
If you are doing a Bareboat Charter (more than 6 passengers) please refer to your reservation notes and be prepared to pay the Captain the additional $100 per hour plus any gratuity directly via cash or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
* **Your $200 deposit is non-refundable (unless you purchased our Travel Protection). The remaining balance becomes due and non-refundable 2 weeks prior (unless you purchased our Travel Protection). Cancellations with Travel Protection must be made outside of 48 hours prior to reservation time to receive a refund on the charter**
* **Please contact us either by phone 530-545-1223 or email info@TahoeBoatRides.com so that we can discuss cancellations. Purchase of Travel Insurance while making your booking is recommended if you are concerned there is a chance you may need to cancel.**
All cancellations due to weather safety made by the Captain or our staff will receive a full refund or we will attempt to reschedule you based on your and our availability. All cancellations made by us will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for other cancellations you may need to do if we have to cancel due to weather (transportation, photographers, catering, etc.).
Holiday Cancellations: 4th of July and Labor Day Firework shows are non refundable. Memorial Day Weekend, Week of 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekend cancellations are non-refundable one month prior.

**Credit Card ID** For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking. There is an atm at the Captain's Corner if you have a problem with your ID and need to pay cash. We can also accept Venmo or Zelle.
