### Arrival & Check-In
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time
• If you are running late, please contact your captain directly
• Charters start and end at the scheduled time (late arrivals do not extend charter time)

### What to Bring
• Government-issued ID (required for the charterer)
• Food & drinks (BYOB welcome)
• Sunscreen (non-spray preferred)
• Sunglasses & hat
• Light jacket (for ocean cruising or cooler evenings)
• Swimsuits & towels (if planning to swim)
• Gratuity for captain (customary 15–20%)

• No red wine (can stain upholstery)

Cancellation Policy
Free and Full refunds are allowed until 5 days’ notice before your rental day.
Customers will receive a full refund or reschedule in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers that purchase the weather protection will receive their money back minus the price of the weather protection only if we, the company, determines is not safe to leave with the boat. No-shows will be charged the full price.
50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before your rental day.
Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
The company will only reschedule in case of inclement weather (unless you have weather protection). Customers can only reschedule for unforeseen reasons 72 hours’ prior to your rental, there is a $15 fee for rescheduling. Maximum 1 reschedule per customer.
The company reserves the right to cancel all reservations with 1 without notice due to bad weather (hurricane, rain, wind, called for bad small craft conditions). The company reserves the right to substitute or alter customers’ reservations with vessels of equal or better value. Please note; equal refers to vessels of the same-priced as the original purchase.
We have a very busy schedule and sometimes we have to refuse customers because we don't have availability. Canceling at the last minute is a big loss for us and for the people who wished they could have booked and couldn't.
