Bookings cancelled by the client 11 days or more prior to the booking date will receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations of less than 11 days. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Captain. If a trip is cancelled for weather by the Captain prior to leaving the dock a full refund will be issued. Tours shortened by unexpected weather events will be pro-rated.
