Private beginner scuba diving adventure for adults and kids 10+, this tour does not require any prior experience with scuba diving or swimming. Everything you need for the experience will be provided on-site, and videos of your tour will be sent to you afterwards at no additional cost. You will be 1 on 1 with your Scuba Lounge instructor to maximize your first time scuba experience!

STEP #1: VERY IMPORTANT: Go to Liability waiver and Medical Release form to read through and sign. If you answer YES to any of the Medical Release questions, you will need a PADI medical release form signed by a doctor clearing you to dive. We will provide this form to you in the event of a flagged waiver. Cancellation and reschedule policy still applies to medical issues. See terms below.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PLEASE CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR TIME. IF CHECK IN IS LATER THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME, WE WILL TRY TO RE-SCHEDULE FOR A FEE IF AVAILABLE.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME. TOURS BEGIN PROMPTLY AT EACH SCHEDULED TOUR TIME.
ADDRESS TO THE DIVE SITE:
Please enter "Magic Island Lagoon" into your GPS or ridesharing app. You will be dropped off in the Magic Island parking lot and will have to walk the rest of the way to reach the lagoon.
Please make sure you are wearing a swim suit.
Bikini, board shorts, bathing suit, swim trunks, shorts and t-shirt are all acceptable.*

*Please keep in mind, these videos are free and our number 1 priority is safety and the activity itself. Underwater videos will vary depending on the experience level of the customer. Still Frames can be captured from the videos but are not recommended to be printed. If camera malfunctions there is no refund for the tour.
Scuba Lounge, Hawaii offers scuba dive and snorkel tours, which are provided by separate and independent contracted dive professionals. Scuba Lounge Hawaii does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent dive professionals.
Cancellations:
You can cancel or change your reservation at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled trip time with NO PENALTIES or charges.
You agree to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the trip if you do not call prior to 48 hours and/or do not show up at the scheduled trip time.
If you arrive late for your scheduled tour a $35 per person rescheduling fee with be charged for scuba diving and $15 per person for snorkeling to reschedule your tour to the next available day/time. Reschedules are not guaranteed and no refund will be given if we are unable to reschedule you.
If the dive professional cancels because of weather you will not be charged any amount.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or change your reservation at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled trip time with no penalties or charges.
If you book your tour within the 48 hour window, all sales are final and you forfeit your right to cancel for a refund or reschedule without paying the rescheduling fee.
TAKE NOTE
You agree to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the trip if you do not call to cancel or reschedule prior to 48 hours and/or do not show up for your scheduled tour time.
LATE ARRIVALS
It is very important to arrive on time for your schedule tour to ensure everyone has a great experience. If you do not arrive on time for your scheduled tour, a $30 per person rescheduling fee will be charged to reschedule your tour to the next available day/time.
Reschedules are not guaranteed and NO REFUND will be given if we are unable to reschedule you.
If we cancel due to poor conditions / inclement weather, you will not be charged any amount and a FULL REFUND will be given.
