Cancellation Policy
**Deposits:** To confirm your reservation, (50%) of the total amount is due upon the signing of this agreement. Remaining balance is due in full (7) working days prior to Charter Event.
Payments: All deposits and payments must be received in full prior to Vessel leaving the dock for scheduled Charter Event.
**Cancellations:** (50%) of the yacht fee is non-refundable and transferable to another event when and only if Paradiso Yacht Charters is able to recharter the Vessel for the same date, rate, and time as the reservation being canceled to another Charterer.
