Thank you for booking a private charter aboard Sweet Caroline.
Your departure location and start time will be confirmed directly with you prior to your charter. Private charters depart from Beaches Marina (Vilano)
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior and closes at the scheduled departure time. Late arrival may shorten your charter duration.
This is a private cruise for up to 49 passengers plus crew. The vessel offers covered seating, open-air areas, music, and an onboard restroom.
Please bring your booking confirmation and arrive dressed appropriately for the weather and a boat environment.
Boarding & Accessibility:
Boarding may require one or more steps, depending on the departure location. Guests should be able to board with minimal assistance. Strollers are not permitted onboard.
If weather or safety conditions require cancellation, your charter will be rescheduled for a future date
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notes – Private Charters
Private charters require advance scheduling and preparation. Once a charter date is selected and a deposit is collected, all payments are non-refundable.
If a private charter is canceled by the guest, payments are forfeited. The only accommodation available is rescheduling, subject to availability.
If a charter is rescheduled with short notice, a rescheduling fee may apply if the change results in lost business, operational costs, or an unused charter date. Any applicable fee will be determined based on the circumstances of the change.
If the charter is canceled by the operator due to weather or safety conditions, the charter will be rescheduled for a future date. Refunds are not issued.
