#####Day of Reservation
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your reservation time so that we can go over the paperwork and a quick safety briefing. If you arrive late we cannot
compensate you for missed time, so please be early!
**Unless you notify us that you will be late on the day of your reservation, your reservation will be marked as no-show 30 minutes after the designated start time, and you will be charged the full price of the trip. If we are notified before the designated start time that you will be late, we will hold the boat for no more than 1 hour until you arrive. We will not be able to extend your return time for late arrivals.**
#####Marina Location
- Our marina location is Marker 21 Marina. The address is 36 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. Park in the gravel lot and your captain will meet you near the pink hut.
#####Liability Waiver, Bareboat Charter Agreement, and Captains Agreement
- Please review the Liability Waiver and Bareboat Charter Agreement before your booking so that we can get on the water as quickly as possible. We will need you to sign the form once you and your group board the vessel.
- There is a list of captains provided on the form. If you do not have a preference, there will be multiple captains at the dock hut to select from that you will be able to hire to run your trip.
#####Captains Fee
- The Captains fee is NOT included in the price of the boat. Captains are paid on the dock BEFORE departure.
- Captains fee is $150/4hrs. Cash is preferred.
-Tips: If you feel that your captain was accommodating, please feel free to leave them a tip! Our captains work hard to provide a good experience to all of out customers, and tips are greatly appreciated. Typical for the industry is 15%-20% of the captains fee.
#####Cancellations
- Cancellations made prior to 72 hours (3 days) before the booking date will be issued a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of your booking will be charged 100% of the total price.
- Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of East Pass Excursions, and decisions will be made based on the severity of the conditions. Cancellations made by East Pass Excursions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be issued a full refund. Typically, a light rain or localized showers move through the area quickly and do not constitute cancellation conditions. If high winds or thunderstorms enter the area, East Pass Excursions will attempt to reschedule, refund, or recall your boat to the dock during your trip and prorate your unused time.
#####Safety Equipment
- We allow 9 persons onboard. If you arrive with more than 9 people, we will not be able to allow more than 9 on the boat. All safety equipment is provided as part of the boat charter. This includes 11 adult PFDs, 4 children’s PFDs (2 35-50 lb vests, 2 50-70 lb vests), 1 throwable floatation cushion, 1 first aid kit, 4 flares, a VHF radio, and 2 whistles.
- All children under the age of 7 MUST wear a lifejacket at ALL TIMES while underway (any time vessel is not anchored or docked). Anyone who cannot swim must wear a life jacket while on one of our vessels. We only supply 4 children’s PFDs, so if there will be more children present than we have lifejackets for you must provide the remainder. We highly recommend if you have children under 6 years of age, that you supply your own PFD for them so that you can ensure the proper fit.
#####What is Included, and What to Bring
Included Amenities:
-Bluetooth AM/FM Radio, Bluetooth JBL Speaker, 72 qt Cooler, 6'x18' Floating Lily Pad, 2 Bote Floating Couches, Snorkeling Masks, Bimini Shade.
What to Bring:
- Water toys, football, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, ice, lunch materials, snacks, drinks, water bottles, cell phone, camera, cash for Crab Island vendors.
- Our boats have ample storage so feel free to bring whatever you think you’ll need to have a fun day!
We provide dry boxes on our boats for cell phones, clothes, towels, and sensitive items (wallets, keys, phones), and there are USB chargers and 12 volt ports onboard.
- Alcohol IS allowed, cans preferred over glass. You cannot buy alcohol at Crab Island, so bring what you would like.
- Sunscreen! We do ask that you only apply sunscreen either on the dock or outside of the gates on either the front or back of the boat while stationary. If there are sunscreen or tanning oil stains on the boat there will be a $75 cleaning fee applied.
- Dogs! Well mannered dogs are more than welcome, however there is a $15 pet fee per pet. Please keep pets off of the upholstery. A fee will be assessed for any pet related damage that occurs.
#####Prohibited Items
DO NOT bring any of the following items on the boat:
- Grills, guns, portable burners, fireworks, candles, drugs of any kind (besides prescribed medications).
- Cigarettes/Cigars are allowed, however there is NO SMOKING allowed while on the boat.
