##BOARDING LOCATION
The Wharf DC Marina address is [650 Wharf Street Southwest Washington, DC 20024](https://g.co/kgs/SGaECNL). Your greeter will meet you at the Fire Pit located at the base of the Pendry Hotel (adjacent to the marina, closest to the yachts!) 10 minutes prior to your experience to guide you down to the vessel. Note that all guests must be present to board.
SAFETY WAIVER
Each guest must complete a short safety waiver prior to boarding. Parents for any children under 18 must complete the waiver on their children's behalf.
CREW GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in your experience price, though a tip of 10-20% is customary in the industry. To leave a tip for your USCG Captain and Crew, you may do so with cash in a sealed envelope or via digital payment (Venmo/Zelle) directly to your captain at the conclusion of your cruise.
PLAYLISTS & MUSIC PREFERENCES
Should you like to listen to a specific playlist during your experience (or have an 'arrival song' playing as you board!), email bookings@nautiste.com a link to Spotify or Apple Music playlist no later than 24 hours prior, and we'll have it queued up for your arrival. Or, share 2-3 of your favorite artists or a mood you're after, and Nautiste is glad to curate a playlist to match!
DRESS CODE
Come ready to kick off your shoes upon arrival, though sandals and light/white and soft soled shoes are okay if preferred. Pointed heels as well as hard and/or dark soled shoes are strictly prohibited aboard.
DC in the summer can be notoriously warm in the summertime. As such we encourage guests to wear white or light, breathe-able fabrics for optimal comfort (and aesthetic excellence!) aboard.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your booking. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation will be refunded 50% of total price.
Cancellations of less than 72 hours are non-refundable.
Transferring of reservations to another date due to inclement weather or any other life circumstance is always complimentary if communicated at least 72 hours in advance. You can always transfer your reservation to another person.
