✅ Before Your Trip
For trips up to six passengers:

AND for trips with 7th and 8th passengers:

I acknowledge that for groups of 7–8 passengers, the following fee is not included in my booking and is paid directly to the captain at the dock before departure: a captain fee of $65/hr. and a fuel charge of $35/hr. will be charged to my credit card. A suggested 20% tip is not included.
The boat must have a captain. Please choose one of the three captains listed on the bareboat waiver, or contact Six Fins Charter at (305) 906-2880 for assistance.

🎣 Important Information About Combo Fishing
If fishing is included in your Custom Activities Combo, it is offered as a casual recreational activity within a multi-experience charter. It is ideal for children, beginners, and families who would like to spend part of the day fishing while also enjoying activities such as sandbars, snorkeling, sightseeing, or dolphin watching.
Available fishing time depends on your selected itinerary, travel time, weather, sea conditions, and how much of the charter you choose to devote to other activities. Combo fishing is not the same experience as a dedicated fishing charter and does not provide the same preparation, fishing time, effort, or fishing focus. If you want a true Key West fishing experience, reserve our Private Patch Reef Fishing charter.
Routes between Atlantic and Gulf waters are selected based on weather and sea conditions to ensure comfort and safety.

• Safety briefing provided before departure
• Life jackets available for all guests
• Activities are weather- and sea-condition dependent
Guests should be in good physical health and comfortable around water. Please notify us in advance if anyone has heart conditions, back or neck issues, recent surgeries, is pregnant, or has mobility limitations.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the charter without refund.

Cancellation Policy
Enjoy peace of mind with our cancellation policy:
All reservations made within 7 calendar days of departure are non-refundable. Customer cancellations made prior to 7 calendar days before departure will receive a full refund. If Six Fins Charter cancels due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances initiated by the owner/operator, the customer will receive a full refund.
Important Information
Your safety is our highest priority.
All charters are operated by experienced, licensed captains who follow U.S. Coast Guard regulations and local safety guidelines. A safety briefing is provided prior to departure.
• U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets are provided for all guests
• Required safety equipment is onboard at all times
• Routes are selected based on current weather and sea conditions
• Activities such as snorkeling and swimming are supervised and weather-dependent
Guests should be in good physical health and comfortable around water. If you have medical conditions (including heart conditions, back or neck issues, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or mobility limitations), please consult your physician before booking and notify us in advance.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Guests who appear excessively intoxicated or unable to safely participate may be denied boarding or returned to the marina without refund.
Our captains reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any time for safety.
