Gate: Please meet us at Gate 3 (Porta 3).

For Your Comfort:
Sailing on the Tagus River is a refreshing experience, but it can be breezy. Depending on the time of year and the daily forecast, we recommend that those who feel the cold bring a jacket or windbreaker. It is always better to have an extra layer to ensure you enjoy the stunning views in total comfort.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Safety Policy (Private Tour)


1. Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our absolute priority. If the Skipper determines that the weather conditions do not allow for a safe or enjoyable sail:

We will prioritize rescheduling your private tour to a date that fits your plans.

If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full 100% refund.


2. Mid-Tour Safety Decisions

If, during the tour, the Skipper decides that passenger safety is being compromised due to changing conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the Skipper reserves the right to cancel or alter the route for security reasons.


3. Conduct & Rule Compliance

To maintain our high standards of safety and service:

All guests must comply with the onboard safety rules and the Skipper’s decisions at all times.

In the event of non-compliance or failure to follow the Commander's orders, the tour may be terminated immediately.
