### You're Booked for a Cool Lake Austin Electric Boat Cruise!
Your Duffy Boat cruise is confirmed and we can't wait to host you on the water.
**Meeting Point:**
Check in at the **Quince Lakehouse host stand** (3825 Lake Austin Blvd). Arrive **15–20 minutes before** your scheduled departure time. The restaurant host will escort you to your captain and boat.
**Parking:**
Free parking is available at the **Oyster Landing upper lots**. **Valet** is available at Quince (paid separately).
### Food & Drinks
Yes, you can **eat and drink onboard!**
- You may **preorder food and drinks from Quince Lakehouse** during booking to have them ready when you arrive.
- You can also enjoy food and drinks **before or after** your cruise at Quince.

**Outside alcohol is not permitted** — all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Quince.

Cruises are **1–2 hours** depending on your booking selection. The experience is **private and captained** — no driving required.

**Captains' Gratuity**
**-18% tip** -A minimum 18% gratuity is required for your captains and should be paid directly to them during or after your rental. Our captains accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and most also accept Zelle and Apple Cash.
**Good to Know:**
- Your boat is captained, **fully electric**, quiet, and comes with **A/C or open-air options** (choose when you board).
- **Max capacity:** 10 guests (private)
- Outside food allowed. Outside alcohol is **not** permitted (Quince has you covered).
- Life jackets provided for all ages.
- Cruise is **rain or shine**. Only severe weather may result in rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy
**Cancelation Policy**
- **100%: Full Refund when you cancel 24 hours or more: Full Refund issued to Card** up to 24 hours before booking start time.
- **0%: No Refund when less than 24 hours: 0% of the total** bill/cost is refundable less than *24 hours before the booking start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below).
- **Weather Disclaimer:** **In the instance of unsafe weather**, determined by ARB/Driver, customer will receive a full refund. The Captain will contact you if there is cancelation weather.
- If the rental has started and weather and/or rain moves in and there is a cancelation due to unsafe weather then you will receive a refund of everything.
**Damages** Any Damages to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $500 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of **you or one of your guests** regardless of the captains instructions. If damages occur, $500 will be charged to the card. Any amount of damages less than $500 will be refunded to the card on file once damages have been assessed.
