Even on warm summer nights, it is significantly colder on the water once the sun has set. To fully enjoy the city lights in comfort, we strongly recommend that all guests bring a warm jacket or coat.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Safety Policy (Private Night Tour)
1. Weather-Related Cancellations
Visibility and safety are our main concerns. If the Skipper determines that weather conditions (such as heavy fog or strong winds) make the tour unsafe:
We will first try to reschedule your private tour.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full 100% refund will be issued.
2. Mid-Tour Safety Decisions
For your security, the Skipper reserves the right to alter the route or return to the dock early if any safety concerns arise during the night navigation.
3. Conduct & Rule Compliance
Night tours require extra attention to safety protocols:
All guests must strictly follow the Skipper’s instructions and stay within the designated safety areas of the boat.
In case of non-compliance, disruptive behavior, or any risk to the vessel’s safety, the tour will be terminated immediately.
In such events, no refund will be provided, and authorities may be called if necessary.
