Before We check you in, please don't forget to fill out our **liability waivers.** Attached to this email is a waiver link *unique to your booking.* You’ll find details of your reservation and payment details enclosed below.

*Please be mindful of others companies in the harbor. **Consumption of alcohol is NOT ALLOWED** until you have boarded the boat. Drinking in front of the office or elsewhere in the harbor is considered public intoxication and may be handled as such by other companies.*
- Check-in Starts **30 minutes prior boarding**
- Please have your IDs and any applicable tickets/documents ready at check-in.
- **21+ to consume alcohol**
- Ensure any applicable waivers and documents communicated via email are completed prior to check-in
* ***NO SWIMMING AFTER CONSUMING ALCOHOL***
- Safety is our priority - Our Captain will return to dock if any of the customers are too intoxicated and/or disruptive towards others.

*Our Harbor gets busier depending on the time of the year and it can be difficult to locate our check-in, if you are not sure, please call our office at **(808) 664 0376**. Please be patient as our crew is shifting from boat to check-in location every few minutes*.
While we do have reef safe sunscreen available on the boat, if you choose to bring your own, please bring a reef friendly and mineral based sunscreen on your excursion.
Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions or concerns.
Also remember the wind and waves may rock our boat but only you can tip the crew! 😏🌊

Cancellation Policy
For any private event booking, rescheduling without incurring any fees or cancellations may be made by the customer five (5) calendar days before the event in order to receive a full refund. For our private cruise guests, if the cancellation is outside of the 5-day cancellation window, the customer forfeits the right to refund their 50% deposit. Any payments made beyond the 50% deposit may be refunded outside of the cancellation window. Please see your signed Rental Agreement for any further questions about refund policies.
