*It is very important that you **arrive AT LEAST 40 minutes before** your scheduled trip.
**Boat check-ins end 15 minutes before boarding and boats leave ON TIME.** That means **leaving New Orleans AT LEAST one hour before** trip time*

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or redund for any reason, you must do so 7 days before your tour.

A weather cancellation can only be determined by the company. Weather related cancellations will be determined on the day of the scheduled tour only. If it is raining the tour will still go on as scheduled as the boats are covered.

If the weather is severe the company will contact you within two hours of your tour and provide you with an opportunity to reschedule or if you are not able to, we will offer you a refund.

No shows will be charged the full amount of the tour.
