**Getting here**
Search **NOLA PARTY BARGE** in your map app. It's 15-20 minutes from downtown New Orleans. Make sure you're in the right place before your Uber pulls away.
**Arrive 30-45 minutes early**
Check-in closes 20 minutes before boarding, and the boat leaves on time. There are no refunds for late arrivals, under any circumstances. We have a beautiful spot on the water, so come early, set up, and start the party before you board.
**BYOB**
Bring whatever food and drinks you like. Ice is for sale at check-in.
**Good to know**
There's no bathroom on the pontoon. Everyone in your group must sign the waiver before boarding.
**On board**
No swimming, no smoking, no fisticuffs.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or refund for any reason, you must do so 7 days before your tour.
A weather cancellation can only be determined by the company. Weather related cancellations will be determined on the day of the scheduled tour only. If it is raining the tour will still go on as scheduled as the boats are covered.
If the weather is severe the company will contact you within two hours of your tour and provide you with an opportunity to reschedule or if you are not able to, we will offer you a refund.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the tour.
