Meeting Location
We’ll kick off your exclusive adventure at our dive center, located at **Road 115, Km 12.0, Rincon, Puerto Rico**. Please arrive at the time stated in your reservation for check-in. From there, your personal guide will assist with gear fitting and provide a briefing before heading to the snorkeling entry point, just a quick 5-minute drive away!

We get it—plans can change. Here’s our cancellation breakdown:
- To receive a full refund, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your tour.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.
- If you do not show up and do not contact us, a refund cannot be issued. Our team will attempt to reach you at the time of the tour if you’re a no-show.
All cancellations must be made by calling the dive center directly at 787-506-3483.

# ARRIVAL POLICY:
Check-in is the time stated on your reservation on the day of the Tour at Rincon Diving & Snorkeling, Rd 115, Km 12.0, Rincon Puerto Rico.
Anticipate slower traffic and longer driving times. If you need directions, please call us and let us know where you are coming from and we are happy to help you, Please let us know as soon as possible if you are delayed in anyway.
After Check-in, equipment fitting and briefing, participants will carpool or caravan to the entry. Depending on the size of your group, the guide may or may not be able to accommodate transportation from Dive Center to entry. All activities start and end on the beach--NO BOAT IS REQUIRED for a great experience.

# CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because our groups are always small to exclusive, it is important to let us know of any changes in your reservation.
**Why do we have this policy?**
This policy reimburses Guides/Instructors for blocking off their schedule for you. When you book, they do not accept other work during that time. If we had no cancellation fee, they would lose the income during that period.
All cancellations should be done **48 hours prior** to the day of Tour to be exempted from the cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
There are no penalties or fees for canceling your Tour outside of the 48 hour window.
**CANCELLATION FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING**: Bookings made less than 24 hours of the tour date are considered FINAL and will incur cancellation charges of 50% of the total tour cost.
All **NO-SHOWS** will be charged the full tour price for the group.
Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m the day prior to the tour will be be considered a NO-Show and incur the full tour price. This includes "reduction in group size" cancellations.
Cancellations need to be made directly by calling the dive center at 787-506-3483 .

# GUARANTEE POLICY:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. All major cards are accepted.
# WHAT TO BRING:
**ALL GUESTS**: APPLY BIODEGRADABLE SUNSCREEN BEFORE arrival. Biodegradable sunblock is environmentally friendly sunscreen that lacks the harmful ingredients that are destroying the world's coral reefs. Biodegradable means they break down naturally in the environment, and eco-friendly minimizing damage to the environment. Common chemical sunscreen ingredients, such as oxybenzone, can bleach coral and damage coral reefs. Look for a brand that uses physical sunblocks such as titanium dioxide and zinc oxide instead of chemical ones.
DRINK plenty of WATER BEFORE arrival.
Wear a SWIMSUIT and bring a TOWEL with you. Water temperature average is low-80's so additional thermal protection is not generally required.
**ALL GUESTS** will be required to sign an **INFORMATION WAIVER and HEALTH FORM**. Any guests under the age of 18, will require a parent or guardian to also sign on their behalf.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if we feel, in our sole opinion, that providing the tour could endanger the health and safety of the participants.

*Participants should be in good physical health and able to swim.
*If you have medical conditions such as asthma, heart problems, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before booking.
*Feeling unwell? Please reschedule for another day to ensure your safety.

*All participants must be comfortable swimming in open water.
*Life jackets or flotation devices will be provided and required for use by all regardless of swimming ability.

*Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 12 hours before snorkeling.
*Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before the tour.
#🌞 Protect Yourself
*Wear reef-safe sunscreen to protect your skin and marine life.

*Always listen to your guide’s instructions and stay within the designated snorkeling area.
*Do not touch or stand on coral, and avoid disturbing marine life.
*Stay aware of your surroundings, including currents and other swimmers.
*Use a buddy system—never snorkel alone.
