Thank you for booking our snorkeling excursion.

##Check-In

Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour start time. We are very excited to meet you and take you out snorkeling - weather dependent.

##What to bring:

1) Reef safe sunscreen
2) Towel, to dry yourself after snorkeling
3) Water, to hydrate yourself before and after snorkeling
4) A sense of adventure
5) Cash for gratuity!

##Important
Eat a very light breakfast 2 hours before the tour or no breakfast. Drink water to hydrate your body.

Cancellation Policy

• Comprehensive 24-hour cancellation policy on all daily tours.
• Comprehensive 48-hour cancellation policy on all private tours.

No refunds can be honored if cancelled after the grace period.

All cancellations must be submitted via email or call through your booking agent, not via texts.
Cancellations due to health restrictions will be honored with a doctor’s note. Only guests with health-related complications will be refunded – not the entire party.

Cancellation due to non-health related issues (like newly instated travel restrictions after you have reserved your reservation), will be authorized on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations due to weather-related issues, or mechanical-related issues – even after the grace period – will be honored automatically.

Though we will release your funds immediately, please allow between 5 to 15 business days for full refunds to be processed through each individual bank or credit service.

A refund notification will be issued through email on the day of cancellation.

As a courtesy – we will take every measure to rebook you on another tour.
