Booking Notes
#Arrival
- Please arrive **20 minutes before your tour** to allow enough time to find the meeting spot. The marina is big and can be tricky to navigate.
- We are at **Safe Harbor Sunroad Marina**, near **Gate 2 (middle gate)**.
- Parking rates: **2-3 hours: $16 | 3-5 hours: $20 | 5+ hours: $25**
#Check-in & Paperwork
- You’ll sign a **bareboat contract and captain’s agreement** on the day of your sail.
- Meet your captain **15 minutes before departure** at our lockers next to **Gate 2** to complete this process.
#Waiver
- Please make sure your waiver is **signed before your departure**.
#Captain's Fee & Tip
- The **$50 per hour captain’s fee** is already included in your booking and will be transferred to your chosen captain on the day of your sail.
- **Gratuity (10-20%)** is optional but appreciated.
#What to Bring
- **Clothing:** Hat, sunscreen, removable shoes, warm layers (sweater, windbreaker, warm pants).
- **Shoes:** We recommend going barefoot for stability. If needed, bring **non-slip socks or clean set of boat shoes** .
- **Food & Drinks:** You’re welcome to bring food and soft drinks. **Light alcohol is allowed in moderation**. No **hard liquor or red wine**.
#What to Expect
- **Duration:** 2.5 hours
- **Route:** From Safe Harbor Sunroad Marina, cruising between Downtown and Coronado
- **Weather:** We may open sails if conditions allow, so expect a slight tilt. It can get chilly, so bring warm clothes.
- **Safety:** Life jackets required for kids 12 & under (provided at our lockers).
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued to customers 72 hours in advance of the booking. We can sail rain or shine, however, if the weather is unpleasant and you wish to reschedule, we are more than happy to do so.
