A Note on the Evening Temperature:
Lisbon sunsets are world-famous, but as soon as the sun dips below the horizon, the temperature on the river can drop quickly. To ensure everyone in your group stays comfortable while taking photos and enjoying the view, we highly recommend that you all bring a jacket or a warm layer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Safety Policy (Private Sunset)
1. Weather-Related Cancellations
Safety and the quality of your experience are our priorities. If the Skipper determines that the weather is unsuitable for a safe or enjoyable sunset sail:
We will work with you to reschedule your private tour.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full 100% refund will be issued.
2. Mid-Tour Safety Decisions
If safety is compromised during the voyage due to sudden weather changes or other factors, the Skipper reserves the right to return to the dock early or alter the route for the security of all guests.
3. Conduct & Rule Compliance
Even in a private setting, safety protocols must be respected:
All guests must follow the Skipper’s instructions and maritime safety rules.
In case of non-compliance, disrespectful behavior, or risk-taking, the tour will be terminated immediately.
In these circumstances, local authorities may be notified, and no refund will be granted.
