We will contact you with pickup details via WhatsApp, email, or SMS in the evening before the lesson. Please provide a valid contact number when booking. Please note: The lesson is private, but transportation may be shared with students from the group lesson. If you prefer, you can also meet us directly at the beach.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the activity starts. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or if you have any questions regarding cancellation and refund options. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.
