**Swimsuit:** Wear your swimsuit under your clothing for easy access when you want to take a dip.
**Towel:** Bring a towel to dry off after swimming or to sit on during the tour.
**Sunscreen:** Protect your skin from the sun's rays with a high SPF sunscreen. Make sure to reapply as needed.
**Sunglasses / Hat:** Shield your eyes and face from the sun with a pair of sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat.
**Light Jacket or Windbreaker:** Evenings on the water can get chilly, so bring a light jacket to stay comfortable.
**Camera or GoPro:** Capture the stunning sunset and any marine life you encounter along the way.
**BYOB** Feel free to bring drinks or snacks for the tour a cooler with ice is provided.

**Parking**
If you will be driving - Please Park in the Lot ( Pictured Below). It is Pay-to-Park $2 per hour. You pay at the kiosks available in the parking lot. Parking can be congested between the hours of 9AM-12PM and 5PM-7PM.
Please plan accordingly and arrive early to find parking. We leave exactly at departure time and if you miss the boat your ticket will be forfeited with no refund.
If you are not driving- Please have your ride drop you off at Pier B (circled in picture bellow.)

- We require 24 hours for a full refund
- No refunds given within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time (no exceptions)
##Rebooking
- Re-Bookings must be made 24 hours before scheduled tour
- No Rebooking offered within 24 hours of the scheduled departure (no exceptions)
##Cancellation by Captain Max Boat Tours
- If we cancel due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions as decided by the Captain the day of the tour - a free rebooking or full refund will be offered.
- Our tours require a minimum amount of three passengers per tour. If the minimum is not met you'll be offered different time/date or a full refund.
