Thanks for booking your private cruise with Wake Club Miami. We can't wait to get you on the water!
Here's everything you need to know before your trip 👇
**📍 When you arrive**
1. You can park on the street near **NE 15th St & Herald Plaza**.
2. From there, walk to the **Venetian Marina gate** (**Pier 5**, next to the Venetian Bridge). It’s only about a **30-second to 1-minute walk**.
3. Wait at the gate, and a **Wake Club crew member will welcome you and bring you through the marina.**
4. There’s **no need to call or text before your scheduled departure time** — our crew will come get you at the gate.
5. If it’s 5 minutes past your scheduled departure time and you don’t see anyone, please text us at **(786) 467-9242** with the message: **“I’m at the gate.”**

**⏰ Arrival Time**
Your trip starts at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, that time will come out of your total trip duration, so we recommend getting there a few minutes early to make the most of your session.

**⛵ Weather Policy**
If conditions are unsafe for boating, we'll reschedule your trip. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a full refund.
