**3 Hour Single Kayak** - $45 (up to 3 hours)
**Full day Single Kayak** - $65 (up to 8 hours)
**3 Hour Tandem Kayak** - $55 (up to 3 hours)
**Full day Tandem Kayak** - $75 (up to 8 hours)
**3 Hour Stand Up Paddleboard** - $35 (up to 3 hours)
Happy Hour rates start the last 2.5 hours of the day based on our closing time. These 2-hour rates are $27 for singles and $47 for tandems.
Sales tax will be added to rentals.

**Before you Arrive**

**Check-In Process**
- Check in at reserved time. Arrive early to find parking, use restroom (based on Shem Creek park hours) and get ready.
-If there are lots of people on the ramp or window, wait on the island or the waiting area (in front of our ramp)
**Parking**
- Parking limited. Very few free parking spots. Remaining spots are paid. Plan accordingly for parking, carpooling or Uber/Lyft.
**What to wear/bring**
- SHOES: Beware of Oysters - go barefoot at own risk. We recommend shoes with a heel strap
- Bringing water (refillable bottle preferred), sunscreen, hat and shoes that stay on are recommended.
- We encourage that cameras and cell phones be stowed in a drybag or waterproof container. Note these items are carried with you at your own risk.
**Tips**
- Tips for the staff that help you with your rental are not required but always appreciated.

- Ages 4 and up (& above 30lbs)
- Ages 14 and above can paddle in their own Kayak/SUP if preferred. 13 and under must be in a Kayak/SUP with someone 14 or older
- Minors under 17 must be accompanied by an Adult

Cancellation Policy
Nature Adventures has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Large Groups & Special Events has a 7 day cancellation policy (see details below)
**Cancel Before 24 hours**
No cancellation fee charged and you will be refunded the full amount. Special events and groups have a different cancellation policy.
**Cancellations Within 24 hours**
You will be charged the full amount of your trip. Keeping our tours small and our guides on call, other clients were prevented from booking and the guide scheduled was impacted.
**Same Day changes/rebooking**
There will be a non-refundable $20 Rebooking Fee charged.
**Weather**
Inclement weather cancellations will be determined by Nature Adventures when winds are too high and/or there is heavy rain/lightening. You will not be charged a cancellation fee and will be refunded the full amount if you are unable to move to a different date and time.
**Large Groups**
Special Events, large groups (10 or more people) and team building have a 7 day cancellation policy. Because we can only accommodate a fixed number of large groups daily, other clients are prevented from booking.
