If canceled more than 3 days before: 100% refund. if canceled by Olden active/Briksdal adventure due to weather, safety or technical reasons, 100% refund
If canceled less than 3 days before: 50% refund
If canceled 24 hours before or less: No refund
Note: In the event that the ship you are aboard cancels its port call to Olden, preventing your visit, you are eligible for a free cancellation with a full refund. Even If the ship cancels less then 24 hours before planned arival, you will still receive a 100% refund.
Important Information
- Life jackets and warm flotation suits must be worn at all times.
- Goggles and gloves are optional and provided depending on weather.
- Remain seated and hold on while the boat is moving.
- May not be suitable for passengers with back or neck injuries, or heart conditions. Consult a doctor before participating.
- Children must be supervised and wear properly fitted life jackets.
- Do not stand or lean overboard; keep hands and feet inside the boat.
- Follow all crew instructions.
- Tours may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions.
